In the Kwabre East Municipal Assembly, two (2) Hon. Assembly members contested for the Presiding Member position and they are:
1. Hon. Bruce Yeboah
2. Hon. Simeon Abonyin Clifford
Electoral Commission Officials in the Kwabre East Municipal Assembly conducted the elections of which one emerged the winner.
Hon. Bruce Yeboah was elected as the PM on the 13th February, 2026 for Kwabre East Municipal Assembly with all the 43 votes cast for him.
