Kwabre East Municipal Assembly embarked on clean up exercise at Aboaso community

The exercise was involved all the various departments, units and security agencies within the Municipality.
The exercise was to promote environmental cleanliness and community involvement.
The residents, local leaders and assembly members were actively participated in the clean-up exercise.
The MCE and Municipal Environmental Health Director Madam Asana Moro emphasized the importance of proper waste management and sanitation practices.
Hon. Amankwah said ” A clean environment is essential for our health and well-being. Let avoid politics and work together to keep our community clean and beautiful.
He said promised to urge the Municipal Education Director to introduce sanitation debate in basic school to equip the students to know the benefits of cleanliness, he therefore promised to set a sanitation Guards in areas all because he wants Kwabre East to be the neatest Municipality in the Ashanti Region.
Hon. Amankwah on his remake applauds the security agencies for their commitment to the exercise and commended them to patronize in all activities.
Madam Asana Moro, the Municipal Environmental Director said ” Proper waste disposal is crucial for diseases and maintaining a healthy environment. We encourage residents take ownership of their surroundings.”
