Kwabre East Municipal Assembly Leads Community Clean-Up Exercise at Mamponteng

The Kwabre East Municipal Assembly, led by MCE Hon. Joseph Amankwah and Municipal Environmental Health Director Madam Asana Moro, organized a clean-up exercise on Dec 19, 2025, at Mamponteng. Participants included the Aide to MP Mr. Williams Ofori, Presiding Member Hon. Bruce Yeboah, Assembly members, Municipal Coordinating Director Mr. Francis Kyei, Heads of Departments, staff, and community members.

The event aligns with Ghana’s “24-hour sanitation” strategy and National Sanitation Week, promoting environmental cleanliness.
MCE Hon. Amankwah advised Mamponteng youth to be mindful of their actions during the festive season.
