NABCO DIRECTOR VISIT MCE

The National Director for Nation Builders’ Corporation (Nabco), Dr. Anyas Ibrahim and his team has paid to the visit to the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Osei Asibey Bonsu on the 4^th July, 2019.

The visit form part of his national tour among metropolitan, municipal and district to ascertain some challengers and progress of Nabco trainees in the schedules assigned them and promote coordination between the assembly and secretariat

In welcoming him and his regional and municipal director, Hon Asibey Bonsu praises the president initiation of given temporal employment to graduate.

He added that most of the Nabco trainees have been helpful to the assembly especially department and agency through some personal attitude inimical to professional and work. He said most of the trainees have been distributed to zonal council and Agric department. Hon Asibey Bonsu acknowledge the need to build their capacity to make more efficient

On his part Dr. Anyas observed that many challenges abound in the workplace of posted trainees of which it’s a general sentiment across the country. He said the Nabco schedule is design to trainees for professional work and equip them professional attitude and ethics for future endeavors

Dr. Anyas asserted that Kwabre East Municipality had about 1636 trainees whose financial implication reaches over GH 1milliom which improve the local economy.

He stated that most of the trainees have been absorbed into the job market already. He urged more collaboration between Nabco secretariat and various Assemblies to make them very efficient

After meeting with the Chief Executive Dr. Anyas met the Nabco trainees in the Municipality  and urge them to work hard to achieve to the Nation Builder goal and assure them that their allowances will be paid in full in next month.
